Responsible for team management.
To motivate, develop and mentor team members.
Monitor transactions & calls and provide qualitative/constructive feedback to the team members.
Timely receipt and action on deliverables.
Ensures team performance as per agreed standards (TAT).
Ability to answer operational queries from the internal and external client.
Keeps a check on the attendance of the team (Control absenteeism and attrition).
Responsible for Production Management, Crisis Management and Time management for the teams.
Identifies development needs and help put together individual development plan.
