Future Plans
We want to be among the Real Big players, in domestic and international market. We have Plans of investing Rs 6-7 crore over the next two years. Our plans include expanding the call centre capacity from existing 500+ seats to 1000 seats by the end of next year, building up a disaster-management site in Delhi, and catering for regional languages by setting up a Call Centre in Bangalore with an initial capacity of 50 seats. We also, intend to set-up, a office in UK, to cater to our international clients.
