Candidate profile:

Manage a team of 15-20 agents for a Sales (OutBound) process. Implementing required measures for team improvement. Mentoring the new/ junior members in the team. Assisting in the development of a feedback mechanism, in order to improve service quality.

Job Description:

• Candidate should be able to handle call center Operations and should be target oriented and He/She should be Confident, Good Presentation and Communication skills.
• Should be target oriented and capable of handling stress and Motivated to achieve targets and deadlines. Should be able to handle 15-20
• Provide direction and guidance to team members.
• Recognize and recommend training in areas of improvement for team members.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating team activities.
• Handle escalated and unresolved issues. Drive Quality into the day-to-day operations.
• Track attendance of the team.
• Conduct team meeting, manage and continuously review performance of team
• Create an open and transparent working environment to ensure associates voice is heard and if necessary appropriately acted upon.
• Provide feedback to Reporting Manager on the performance on associates reporting to him / her.
• People and willing to work in Shifts.
