Candidate profile:

Candidate should have worked in the BPO industry in a siomilar capacity or as an Asst Mgr(HR). Should have sound knowledge of the challenges faced by the BPO industry. Any experience in domestic voice based call centre would be an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Understanding of end-to-end of project management for efficient and integrated implementation of the chosen solutions.
• Set targets and standards to evaluate performance and making projections for the coming year
• Expert in use of statistics like regressions, line of best fit, co-relation etc in forecasting models
• Monthly preparation of the Dashboard with detailed explanation of all variances and the future outlook.
Carrying out Finance project/ feasibility studies.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve success in sales
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales
• Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
Supervise and liaise with set targets, review them & consistently raise the bar.
