KIPL's Call centre services were founded as a traditional answering service to India's largest Telecom Operator Bharti Cellular Limited - (BCL) Punjab's then newly launched GPRS (data services) with two seats in 2003. Since then our Call Centre, has grown to become one of the leading-edge call centers in mobile data-services in North India. Over this time the company has maintained its focus on providing award-winning customer service while automating and expanding into new technologies ahead of the competition. Today we are proud to be the appointed as the Mobile Data Services Support vendor to BCL's following circles: " Punjab " Mumbai " Haryana " MP " Maharashtra " HP " W.Bengal " Orissa " Kolkata " Rajasthan " Gujarat.
