Job Description:
Ability to analyze and solve customers’ query/complaint – inbound calls.
Respond to customer enquiries related to E-commerce shopping portal.
Ability to handle customer queries over the phone.
Intuition in identifying customer needs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Age between 18 – 30 Years.
Must be 10+2/Diploma/Graduate.
Should have excellent communication skill.
Must have patience and should have the ability to deal with difficult, escalated calls.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge on E-commerce will be preferred.
Male candidates shall be preferred.
Candidates must be willing to work in UK shift ( 2pm-11pm).
